Hubert G. Staff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Illinois, College of Agriculture and his Juris Doctor degree from University of Illinois, College of Law. He served in the U.S. Air Force and the Illinois Air National Guard, holding the rank of Captain. He was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1968. His general civil practice is primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, trust and estate administration, municipal law, and cooperative and business organization and transactions. He has served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Quincy. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Adams County Bar Association.

He has been active in the community and has served as president or chair of the board of several organizations, including; ILIAMO Estate Planning Council, Adams County Bar Association, Adams County Senior Citizens Council, Family Service Agency of Adams County, Illinois Polled Hereford Association, Quincy Rotary East, Quincy Metropolitan and Exposition Center and Western Illinois Economic Development Authority.

Andrew W. Staff received his degree of Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and his degree of Juris Doctor from The John Marshall School in Chicago, Illinois. He was admitted to practice law in Illinois and Missouri in 1999. In 2000, he was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri.

His general civil practice is primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and litigation in both state and federal courts. In addition to his private practice, he serves as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois and has served as Assistant Corporation Counsel (1999-2005) and Corporation Counsel (2006-2013) for the City of Quincy. He is a member of the Adams County Bar and Illinois State Bar Associations.

Andrew has served on community boards, such as Quincy Preserves, Camp Callahan, Family Service Agency, and he is currently active on the Quincy Catholic Education School Foundation Board. He is married to Stacey, and they have three children, Sarah, Jack and Mike. When not watching his twin boys’ baseball and basketball games and watching his daughter’s dance and pom, he enjoys spending time outdoors at his rural Quincy home.
